A quick and easy 5-minute party snack featuring a creamy blend of cheeses, tangy marinara, and crispy pepperoni, perfect for game day gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz (227 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 ½ cups (150 g) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup (25 g) grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¾ cup (180 ml) marinara sauce
  • ½ cup (about 30 slices) pepperoni slices
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 loaf French bread, sliced into ½-inch pieces and toasted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, and grated Parmesan. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Stir in marinara sauce, garlic powder, dried Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Transfer the mixture to an 8×8-inch (20×20 cm) baking dish and smooth the top evenly.
  5. Arrange pepperoni slices evenly over the dip.
  6. Bake for about 15 minutes, until the dip is bubbly and pepperoni edges start to crisp.
  7. While baking, toast the French bread slices on a baking sheet for 5-7 minutes until golden and crunchy, flipping halfway through.
  8. Serve the dip warm with toasted French bread slices.

Notes

If the dip is too thick, stir in a tablespoon of milk before baking. For extra bubbly top, broil for 1-2 minutes watching carefully. Soften cream cheese well before mixing. Watch pepperoni closely to avoid burning. You can prepare the dip ahead and refrigerate up to 24 hours before baking.
